This is a print of my original painting “Portstewart Strand”.
It is a more ‘atmospheric’ interpretation of the stunning ‘blue flag’ awarded beach on the north Antrim coast in Northern Ireland. I have used a palette of soft tones and colours to reflect the subtle light in late afternoon when the sun starts to fade. This has created a ‘moody’ painting but still instantly recognisable with Mussenden Temple in the distance.
