Mussenden Temple is one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic landmarks perched on the cliff edge at Downhill Demesne, near Castlerock in County Londonderry. Its dramatic location high above the Atlantic Ocean is an artist’s dream, offering spectacular views over Downhill strand towards Magilligan Point and County Donegal. The building itself, built in the 18th century, is very unique so I wanted to include as much detail as possible to reflect its grandeur.
This acrylic painting has been professionally framed in a modern white wooden frame and is sold ready to hang.
